Playing with pastry dough and making Keto Pop Tarts!! Mmm š“ This dough is something that takes patience and practice, but whether pretty or not, these taste great! For this dough, I did: -6oz Cream Cheese -1 Cup Mozzarella -1/2 Cup Almond Flour -1/2 Cup Coconut Oil Powder -2 Eggs -1 Tbsp. Erythritol -1 Tsp. Guar Gum 1. Microwave Cream Cheese & Mozzarella together until melted in 10 second intervals.
2. Mix Eggs in the Cheese.
3. Slowly add the dry ingredients.
4. Once all mixed refrigerate for 30-60 minutes. 5. Put dough on parchment paper to āformā roll! 6. Add desired filling ingredients! I did Sugar Free Strawberry Jam! 7. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes!
