Bacon Cheddar Meatballs

Oh these are fun and oh so good. You can make these ahead of time or even freeze them.

INGREDIENTS: -1 lb. ground beef -1 egg -Shredded Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup -White onion diced: 1/2 cup -4 slices bacon Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and roll into 1 inch diameter balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet or in muffin tins. Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy! šŸ“
