Green Bean Egg Casserole


❁ Green Bean Egg Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

-3 Cups Chopped Green Beans (I bought a big bag from Sprouts and roasted the extras with Garlic Salt and Olive Oil while the Casserole baked)

-6 Eggs

-1/2 Cup Heavy Cream (optional)

-6 Slices Bacon

-1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

-Garlic Salt, Salt, Pepper to taste

-Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 425. Chop Green Beans to desired size. On a foil lined baking sheet, lay out the Green Beans, drizzle Olive Oil on top, and add desired amount of Garlic Salt, Salt, and Pepper. Roast for 15 minutes.

2. While the Green Beans are roasting, mix the Eggs and Heavy Cream in a large bowl. Then, chop raw Bacon into bite size pieces.

3. Grease a 9x13 pan. Line the pan with the Green Beans, then ½ Cup of the Parmesan Cheese, then the Eggs, Bacon, and then the final ½ Cup of Parmesan Cheese.

4. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.

This casserole is a thinner egg bake, add additional eggs if you want it to be more dense!
