🍴Easy Meal Idea!.

Meatballs. ➡️ 1lb Ground Meat, 1 Egg, 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder, 1 Cup Cheese, Salt & Pepper. Mix and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Then, load up a plate with some veggies and healthy fats. Avocado, Tomatoes, Olives, Cucumbers, Pickles, and Primal Kitchens’ Ranch are what I put on our plates!
