BLAT Wraps


Nothing like a little BLT, but then you throw in the Avocado and MMMMMMM!!! I have really enjoyed different Lettuce Wrap Lunch Options lately because of the simplicity and wide variety of flavors you can stuff in Lettuce! These are a great, quick option!

✧ BLAT Lettuce Wrap

INGREDIENTS:

-4 Slices Bacon

-Juice from 1/2 Lemon

-1/2 Cup Primal Kitchens' Mayo

-OR Primal Kitchens' Aioli to replace the 2 Ingredients above

-4 Basil Leaves

-4 Large Bibb Lettuce Leaves

-2 Roma Tomatoes, sliced

-2 Hardboiled Eggs, peeled and sliced

-1/2 Avocado

-Salt & Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cook Bacon to desired doneness. Set aside on a paper towel.

2. Grate about 1/2 Tsp. Lemon Zest into a bowl with the Mayo, 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice, and chopped basil.

3. Chop Tomatoes, Avocado, Eggs, and Bacon.

4. Add Ingredients evenly to the Lettuce.
