•Keto Blondies• INGREDIENTS: -4oz Cream Cheese -6 Tbsp. Butter -1/2 Cup Quest Nutrition Coconut Oil Powder -1 Cup Almond Flour -1/2 Cup + 3 Tbsp. Erythritol -1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut -1/4 Tsp. Salt -1 Tsp. Baking Powder -2 Eggs -1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract -1/2 Cup KNOW Foods Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS: 1. Bring the Butter, Cream Cheese, and Eggs to room temperature. 2. Preheat oven to 350. 3. Beat the Cream Cheese and Butter together. 4. Add the dry ingredients and mix. 5. Beat in 1 Egg at a time. 6. Add in Vanilla and mix. 7. Coat a 9x9 baking dish with Butter and bake for 30-35 minutes. 8. Cool before cutting and enjoy!
