Lemon Dill Salmon

INGREDIENTS:

-4-6oz Salmon

-1 tbsp. Dill

-1 clove Garlic 

-1.5 tsp. Lemon Zest

-1/3 cup Greek Yogurt

-2 tbsp. Lemon Juice

-2 tbsp. Olive Oil

-2 tbsp. Mayo 

 

DIRECTIONS:

1) In a bowl mix olive oil, lemon zest, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, and crushed garlic.

2) Pour olive oil mixture on top of salmon.

3) Bake at 400 degrees for 12-16 minutes.

4) In a second bowl, while the salmon is baking, mix together yogurt, mayo, 1 tbsp. lemon juice.

5) Top salmon with a spoonful of yogurt mixture and season with dill, salt, and pepper.
