Keto Cornbread


Chili calls for cornbread, so here is your Keto Cornbread! I am loving baking with Quest Nutrition Coconut Oil Powder as things turn out not as dry as other alternative flours!

INGREDIENTS:

-1 Cup Quest Nutrition Coconut Oil Powder

-1/2 Cup Coconut Flour

-1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

-3 Eggs

-3 Tablespoons Water

-3 Tablespoons Heavy Cream

-5 Tablespoons Cream Cheese

-1 Tablespoon Erythritol

DIRECTIONS:

1. Soften the Cream Cheese and beat in the eggs.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
