Week of 11/27/17 Tips!

Happy Monday!!! Hope you each had a blessed Thanksgiving!! I wanted to give us a few focus points for the week:

1. Set your focus and intention on what you would like to accomplish this week! Whether it be nutritionally, mentally, physically, relationally, come up with a game plan to succeed!

2. Think on where you are succeeding right now. How can you carry that over to other areas of your life?

3. Continue to work on meal spacing! I know I emphasize this a lot, but this is SO AWESOME for insulin levels to fall and overall health! Challenge the 5+ hour spacing. Not hungry?? Do not force feed yourself as this is your body utilizing ketones!!
