Keto Cinnamon Rolls!!


This took me a few tries, but I finally have this recipe down and it may be one of my new favorite Keto Recipes! These are a fun treat for a Brunch or weekend in!

INGREDIENTS:

For Dough: -1.5 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

-2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese

-1 Egg

-1/3 Cup Coconut Flour

-1/3 Cup Quest Nutrition Coconut Oil Powder

-1 Scoop Quest Nutrition Cinnamon Crunch Protein Powder

-1 Tbsp. Erythritol

For Inside the Roll:

-1 Tbsp. Warm Water

-1 Tbsp. Erythritol

-1 Tsp. Cinnamon

For Icing:

-3 Tbsp. Cream Cheese

-3 Tbsp. Sour Cream

-3 Drops Stevia Glycerides

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. In 30 second intervals, microwave the Mozzarella and Cream Cheese until melted together and soft. . .about 1 minute 15 seconds.

3. Mix the Egg, "Flours", and Erythritol into the Cheese Mixture and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

4. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and place in between 2 sheets of parchment paper. Roll the dough into a square.

5. Spread the Water Mixture evenly across the dough.

6. Roll the dough into a scroll and cut into even rolls.

7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

8. Take out of the oven and let cool for 5 minutes and then apply icing and enjoy!!
