🌮 There is never a wrong time for Tacos! Tested out some new Cheese 🧀 Shells and they were tasty! Typically, I just bake Cheese Slices, but this recipe called for Coconut Flour! I like the consistency of these! — INGREDIENTS: -1.5 Cups Shredded Cheese (you could mix & match Cheese if you like) -1/2 Cup Coconut Flour -1 Tsp. Garlic Salt — DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven to 350. 2. Line a 9x13 pan with Parchment Paper. 3. In a bowl, mix the Ingredients. 4. Spoon the Cheese mix onto the Parchment Paper, spreading into 5in Circles. 2-3 should fit per pan. 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, then mold into the shell shape and let cool for 5 minutes. *The big tip here is to have the ingredients mixed evenly, not letting the flour seep to the bottom of the bowl.
