Garlic Mayo Chicken & Roasted Sweet Peppers


🍴Pan Sheet Meals are great as you can load up one dish with many food groups, turn on the oven, and voila, dinner is served! ✨ Okay okay, maybe we have to chop & season our foods, but these still are a great time saver! Here is a tasty one Derek & I enjoyed recently! INGREDIENTS: -2 Chicken Breasts -3 TbspPrimal Kitchens’ Mayo -1 Tbsp. Garlic Salt -2 Tsp. Dill Weed -Salt & Pepper to taste -Sweet Mini Peppers -Olive Oil -Shredded Cheese DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven to 375. 2. Filet your Chicken Breast open. 3. Season your Chicken with all of the Spices. 4. In a small bowl, mix the Mayo, Garlic Salt, and Dill Weed. 5. Cover the inside of each Chicken Breast with 1.5 Tbsp. Mayo Mix 6. Slice the tops off, remove the seeds, and slice the Peppers in half. 7. Cover a baking sheet with Olive Oil. 8. Place the Peppers and Chicken Breasts on the baking sheet & drizzle/spray with Olive Oil. 9. Bake for 20-25 minutes. 10. Add Cheese to the peppers the last 5 minutes. 11. ENJOY!
