Mahi Mahi


-3 Wild Caught Mahi Mahi Filets

-Lemon Juice from 1/2 Lemon

-2 Tbsp. Dill

-Salt & Pepper to taste

-Olive Oil


1. Preheat oven to 425.

2. Spread Parchment Paper over a Baking Sheet.

3. Place the Mahi Mahi on the Baking Sheet and spray or drizzle with Olive Oil.

4. Squeeze the Lemon Juice over the Mahi Mahi and season each filet.

5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the middle is 137 degrees.
