Italian Cottage Cheese

-1 Cup Cottage Cheese

-2oz Salami

-1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, chopped


-Balsamic Vinegar

-Salt & Pepper to taste

-1.5 Cups Kale

-Olive Oil




1. Over medium heat, saute the Kale until golden in Olive Oil. Season with Cumin.

2. Chop the Cherry Tomatoes, Basil, and Salami.

3. Throw the Cottage Cheese on top of the Kale and top with the remaining ingredients.
