Macaroons!


๐“œ๐“ช๐“ฌ๐“ช๐“ป๐“ธ๐“ธ๐“ท๐“ผ! Iโ€™m still working on getting these down, but these turned out pretty tasty if Diesel doesnโ€™t tell ya ;). . ๐ผ๐’ฉ๐’ข๐‘…๐ธ๐’Ÿ๐ผ๐ธ๐’ฉ๐’ฏ๐’ฎ: -1/2 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut -1/8 Cup Almond Flour -1/8 Cup @redcon1 MRE Lite Dutch Apple Pie Protein -2 Tbsp. Stevia -1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil -1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract -1 Tbsp. Sugar Free Caramel Syrup -3 Egg Whites. . ๐’Ÿ๐ผ๐‘…๐ธ๐’ž๐’ฏ๐ผ๐’ช๐’ฉ๐’ฎ: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Chill a CLEAN mixing bowl for the Egg Whites. 3. In 1 bowl, mix the Coconut, Flour, Protein, and Monk Fruit. 4. Over the stovetop, melt the Coconut Oil in a skillet . Add in the Vanilla Extract and SF Caramel Syrup once melted. 5. Add the Oil mix to the dry mix. 6. Mix the Egg Whites in the chilled bowl creating stiff peaks with little movement. 7. Add the Egg Whites gently to the other mix, making sure to not over mix. 8. Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet or the bottom of muffin tins. 9. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown!
