These are so easy to make and definitely reminded me of being in Europe and the tasty crepe stands along the streets. Make these to your liking. Add the Monk Fruit or sweetener of your choice for a sweet treat or leave out and add in ham and cheese for a more savory option! ▪️INGREDIENTS:

For Crepe: -4oz Cream Cheese -4 Eggs -2 Tbsp. Monk Fruit

For Frosting:

-2oz Cream Cheese

-1 Tsp. Monk Fruit ▪️DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix ingredients well. The batter will seem runnier than you think it should be, but do not fret 😉 2. Heat a skillet to medium heat. Using a ladle, spoon about 2 Tbsp. of batter for each crepe. 3. Cook approximately 2 minutes per side.

4. For frosting, mix Cream Cheese and Sweetener and use a frosting applicator or spread on with a knife! Enjoy!!!
