Cream Cheese Turmeric Meatballs
For this recipe, I wanted to pack lots of flavor and nutrition; One special ingredient I added was turmeric, which is a potent anti inflammatory superfood that adds great flavor! Throw these on zoodles, a salad, or serve alone for a great meal! ▪️INGREDIENTS: -1lb Ground Beef -6oz Cream Cheese -1/2 Cup Mushrooms, diced -1/4 Cup Turmeric Root, diced -1 Tbsp. Oh My Spice Garlic Lovers -1 Tsp. Salt -1 Tsp. Pepper -2 Slices Bacon, diced ▪️DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Thaw Ground Beef. 3. Dice Mushrooms, Turmeric, Bacon. 4. In a bowl, soften Cream Cheese and add in all ingredients. 5. Mix well. 6. Roll ingredients into 1” diameter balls. 7. Bake for 30 minutes!
