For this dough, I did: -6oz Cream Cheese -1 Cup Mozzarella -1/2 Cup Almond Flour -1/2 Cup Coconut Oil Powder -2 Eggs -1 Tbsp. Erythritol -1 Tsp. Guar Gum
1. Microwave Cream Cheese & Mozzarella together until melted in 10 second intervals.
2. Mix Eggs in the Cheese.
3. Slowly add the dry ingredients.
4. Once all mixed refrigerate for 30-60 minutes. 5. Put dough on parchment paper to “form” roll! 6. Add desired filling ingredients! I did Sugar Free Strawberry Jam! 7. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes!
