Over Easy Egg "Sandwiches"


These are a tasty spin off of a breakfast sandwich! If you have not tried the KZ Clean Eating Crackers yet, you are in for a treat! They are a great addition to a low carb nutrition plan!!

For this recipe, I did 1 over easy egg per piece of cracker. I did not crumble my bacon, but will in the future!

INGREDIENTS:

•KZ Clean Eating Crackers •Primal Kitchens Mayo •Over Easy Eggs •Bacon •Avocado •Peppercinis

DIRECTIONS:

1) Cook your eggs.

2) Spread 1 Tbsp. of Mayo per piece of Cracker.

3) Place Egg on Cracker.

4) Top with Bacon, Peppercinis, and Avocado!
