Mmmmm curry!! Curry has many benefits with the addition of Turmeric. Turmeric is anti inflammatory, boosts Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor (basically promotes brain health), and is awesome for heart health!
This curry is simple and can be made in a pinch and in bulk for a few meals throughout the week. Swap meats if you like!
✢ Keto Coconut Crockpot Curry
-1/2 Onion, chopped
-5 Garlic Cloves, crushed
-1 Head of Cauliflower, chopped
-1lb Ground Beef
-1lb Ground Sausage
-2- 13.5oz Cans of Coconut Milk
-1 Cup Mushrooms
-5 Tsp. The Spice Hunter Curry
-1.5 Tsp. Salt
1. Saute Beef and Sausage.
2. Chop Cauliflower, Onions, and dice Garlic.
3. Add all ingredients (minus the Mushrooms) to a crockpot and put on your desired heat.
4. The final 10 minutes the Curry is cooking, add the Mushrooms!
*I put my Curry on a bed of Greens and topped with Avocado!!
