Fat Head Pizza!!

Fat Head Pizza 🍕 
YUMM!! This dough is easy to make, tasty, and Keto ;)!!
INGREDIENTS:
-3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella 
-4 Tbsp. Cream Cheese 
-2 Eggs 
-1.25 Cups Know Foods Bread Crumbs
-1.25 Cups Quest Nutrition Coconut Oil Powder
(You could use 2.5 Cups Almond Flour instead of the 2 above)
-Pizza Toppings

DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425 and line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Microwave Cheese & Cream Cheese for 60-90 seconds and mix well!
3️⃣ Add in eggs and mix.
4️⃣ Add in Coconut Oil Powder & Bread Crumbs and mix.
5️⃣ Wet hands to prevent dough from sticking to them and roll out dough on parchment paper.
6️⃣ Bake for 8 minutes.
7️⃣ Pull out dough, add toppings, and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes!
8️⃣ Enjoy :))
