Beef Brisket Tacos


Derek and I are loving our Rooted Gypsy Farms Deliveries. They provide us with the best of local produce and meat! We are at no shortage of meat, so I am trying to get creative on how to spice things up and learn how to use the crockpot better ;) I would say these were a win!

For the Brisket:

INGREDIENTS:

-1-2lb Brisket

-6 Garlic Cloves

-2 Tbsp. Avocado Oil

-1 Cup Broth

-2 Slices Bacon

-1 Tsp. Salt

-1 Tsp. Pepper

-1 Tbsp. Paleo Powder

For the Tacos:

INGREDIENTS:

-Know Foods Wraps

-Mozzarella Cheese

-Primal Kitchens Mayo

-Shishito Peppers

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add oil to a skillet and bring to medium heat. Salt and Pepper the Brisket and sear both sides.

2. Put Brisket in the Crockpot and top with Garlic, Bacon, Paleo Powder, and Broth and cook on low for 8 hours.

3. When done, sauté the Peppers in Avocado Oil.

4. Heat Wraps and melt Cheese.

5. Top tacos and enjoy!!!
