No Bake Coconut Cashew Bars


๐Ÿ”ธ1 Cup Quest Coconut Oil Powder

๐Ÿ”ธ1 Cup Coconut Flour

๐Ÿ”ธ1/2 Cup Butter

๐Ÿ”ธ1 Cup Cashews

๐Ÿ”ธ1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut

๐Ÿ”ธ2 Tsp Cinnamon

๐Ÿ”ธPinch Salt

๐Ÿ”ธ3 Tbsp Erythritol

๐Ÿ”ธ8 Drops Stevia


1. Melt butter and combine with Quest Coconut Oil Powder and Coconut Flour.

2. Grind cashews and combine with the flour and butter and remaining ingredients.

3. Mix well.

4. Pour the mixture into a glass baking pan and evenly spread and press into the pan.

5. Refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy!
