No Bake Coconut Cashew Bars

INGREDIENTS:
๐ธ1 Cup Quest Coconut Oil Powder
๐ธ1 Cup Coconut Flour
๐ธ1/2 Cup Butter
๐ธ1 Cup Cashews
๐ธ1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
๐ธ2 Tsp Cinnamon
๐ธPinch Salt
๐ธ3 Tbsp Erythritol
๐ธ8 Drops Stevia
DIRECTIONS:
1. Melt butter and combine with Quest Coconut Oil Powder and Coconut Flour.
2. Grind cashews and combine with the flour and butter and remaining ingredients.
3. Mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into a glass baking pan and evenly spread and press into the pan.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy!
