Their are a handful of Supplements that I believe set you up for success as you begin this Keto Lifestyle!
1. Bulletproof Brain Octane
Brain Octane is a Medium Chain Triglyceride Oil, which provides fast energy, mental clarity and focus, and can help you produce those ketones faster. Brain Octane differs from Coconut Oil in that it is 18x stronger in Caprylic Acid. Add in 1 tbsp. of Brain Octane to your coffee, tea, or drizzle on your eggs in the morning. If you have not used this supplement before, start with less. This will get those ketones revving!
2. Himalayan Salt
As you are no longer eating as many carbs, your liver will flush out sodium, so eating salt is crucial to maintaining electrolyte balance within the body. Himalayan salt contains trace minerals and can even help with thyroid, adrenal, and blood sugar health. Add 1 tsp. of salt to water in the morning to start the day!
3. Orange Triad Multi-Vitamin

4. Fish Oil
Today, the majority of individuals get way too much Omega 6s and not enough Omega 3s. When this ratio becomes out of balance, it causes inflammation. According to Dave Asprey with Bulletproof, "Anti-aging experts suggest maintaining a 1:1 ratio, or going even higher in favor of Omega 3s." A good Fish Oil with the Omega 3s EPA and ALA can help!
5. CALM Magnesium
The majority of individuals are Magnesium deficient. Magnesium is an important nutrient that helps with muscle control, bone density, testosterone levels, and sleep. Research show that those eating low carb may be that much more deficient. Supplementing with CALM before bed can help. Start with 1/2 tsp. and work up to 1 tsp.
