Avocado Ranch Deviled Eggs

 This makes a great side dish, addition to a charcuterie plate, or topper for a salad!

 

INGREDIENTS:

-8 Eggs

-1/2 Ripe Avocado

-2 Tbsp. Primal Kitchens Mayo

-2 Tsp. The Happy Eater Ranch Seasoning

-Dash Pepper

-Dash Truffle Salt

-2 Slices Bacon

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Hardboil and peel Eggs.

2. Slice Eggs in 1/2 lengthwise and remove yolks and place in a bowl.

3. Add Avocado, Spices, and Mayo to the the bowl and mix.

4. Remove mixture from the bowl and put in a ziplock bag. Cut the corner of the bag and squeeze mixture into Egg Whites.

5. Top with Bacon and Truffle Salt.

6. Enjoy!!
