Italian Cauliflower Hash

 Riced cauliflower is an awesome staple to have in your kitchen! It is simple and saves so much time for dinners. You can buy it at most grocery stores in the freezer section. For this hash, I used Italian Seasonings, Herbs for lots of flavor!

 

INGREDIENTS:

-1 Bag Cauliflower Hash

-1lb Ground Beef or Italian Sausage

-1 Cup Sliced Tomatoes

-1 Cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese

-3 Tbsp. Truffle Butter

-3 Cloves Crushed Garlic

-Handful Fresh Basil

-2 Tbsp. The Happy Eater Italian Blend

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add the Truffle Butter to a pan at low heat. Brown meat.

2. Add the Crushed Garlic and Tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and saute for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
