No Bake Bars


Ahhh the simplicity of not using an oven in the summer ;) These No Bake Bars are simple and a great keto snack or dessert!

INGREDIENTS:

-6 Tbsp. Butter

-2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese

-1 Cup Walnuts

-1/2 Cup Macadamia Nuts

-1 Cup Shredded, Unsweetened Coconut

-3 Tbsp. Erythritol

-10 Drops Stevia

-2 Tsp. Cinnamon

-1/2 Cup Lily's Chocolate Chips

DIRECTIONS:

1️⃣In a food processor, grind up both nuts until finely ground.

2️⃣In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the butter and cream cheese for 30 seconds.

3️⃣Mix all ingredients together.

4️⃣Coat a 9x9 pan with coconut oil or butter and pour mixture into pan and press batter down to create the bars!

5️⃣Freeze for 1 hour, then store in fridge, and ENJOY :)
