Easy Broccoli Salad with Creamy Dressing

This is an easy healthy option for a quick lunch or snack. Broccoli is a very good source of dietary fiber, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin E, manganese, phosphorus, choline, vitamin B1, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), potassium and copper. Broccoli is also a good source of vitamin B1, magnesium, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, zinc, calcium, iron, niacin and selenium.



- Broccoli Heads: 2

- Red Onion: 1/3 cup

- Cooked Bacon: 3 Slices

- Greek Yogurt: 3Tbs

- Balsamic Vinegar: 3Tbs

Extra Options

- Sour Cream: 2Tbs

- Mayo: 2Tbs

Chop the 2 heads of broccoli and the red onion. For the dressing in a separate bowl mix greek yogurt and the balsamic vinegar. If you want to get the extra ketos add the "Extras" sour cream and mayo.

Add the dressing to the broccoli and red onion. To top it off add the bacon to the mixture.
