Cream Cheese Coffee Bites☕️ 
➖INGREDIENTS ➖
-2 Tbsp. Butter
-8oz Cream Cheese
-2 Tbsp. Cold Brew
-8 Tbsp. KNOW Foods Chocolate Chips
-3 Tbsp. Erythritol 
-5 Drops Liquid Stevia
➖DIRECTIONS➖
1. Soften Cream Cheese & Butter together in microwave.
2. Pour in Cold Brew & mix.
3. Stir in Erythritol and Stevia Drops.
4. Put 1 Tbsp. Chocolate Chips/mold and then pour the batter in molds or ice cube trays. Freeze for 75+ minutes!

Playing with pastry dough and making Keto Pop Tarts!! Mmm 🍴 This dough is something that takes patience and practice, but whether pretty or not, these taste great!
For this dough, I did:
-6oz Cream Cheese
-1 Cup Mozzarella

Yummy Lemon Cream Cheese Fat Bombs!
➖INGREDIENTS ➖
-2 Tbsp. Butter
-8oz Cream Cheese
-Juice of 1/2 Lemon
-3 Tbsp. Erythritol 
-5 Drops Liquid Stevia

One thing that I used to love and eat so much of pre-Keto was Oatmeal! Lots of Oatmeal! This KZ Clean Eating Musli Breakfast Cereal is the PERFECT substitute for Oatmeal!
